1. Cobertura y Disponibilidad

2. Costos de Envío
Tarifas para Provincias y Exterior: Debido a que los costos de envío a provincias y al exterior pueden variar, te pedimos que te pongas en contacto con nuestro equipo antes de finalizar tu compra para coordinar el delivery. Estaremos encantados de asistirte y proporcionarte una cotización precisa.
3. Tiempos de Entrega
Plazos de Entrega Estimados: 1-2 días hábiles para entregas locales a partir de procesado el pedido, 7-14 días hábiles para provincias a partir procesado el pedido, 15-25 días hábiles para envíos internacionales a partir de procesado el pedido
Tener en cuenta que los tiempos de entrega son estimados y pueden variar por circunstancias fuera del control de la empresa, como problemas logísticos o aduanales.
4. Procesamiento de Pedidos
Horario de Procesamiento: Procesamiento de los pedidos desde las 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Los pedidos realizados después de las 5 pm se procesarán al siguiente día hábil.
Confirmación de Envío: Cuando se haya realizado el pedido, el cliente recibirá una confirmación por email una vez que el pedido haya sido enviado.
5. Responsabilidad en el Delivery
Riesgos del Envío: El riesgo del paquete será transferido al cliente una vez que Moda con Propósito EIRL (Ecofemme Fashion) entregue el mismo al servicio de mensajería.
🌍 International Purchase Terms – Ecofemme Fashion
1. Currency & Exchange Rate
All prices are listed and charged in USD. Local currency conversions may vary based on your card issuer’s rate. Ecofemme does not apply additional exchange rate fees.
2. Shipping Scope
Orders are shipped from Lima, Peru via SERPOST, the Peruvian national postal service. Delivery is made to the destination country’s official postal system, not directly to the customer's home address. In the United States, deliveries are completed by USPS, subject to their local delivery rules. Customers are responsible for picking up the package if a notice is issued.
3. Delivery Time Estimate
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 19 business days depending on the destination country. Delays due to customs, strikes, or postal issues are beyond Ecofemme’s control.
4. Duties & Taxes
Prices do not include customs duties, local taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer upon arrival, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
5. Payment Processing Fee
All payments are securely processed through Izipay, our authorized Peruvian payment gateway. A standard credit/debit card fee of 4.09% + VAT + USD 0.20 per transaction is applied by the processor. Ecofemme does not retain or surcharge payment fees.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the international nature of our shipments, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged in transit. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ecofemme is not liable for:
- Delays or non-delivery caused by customs or local postal issues
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery by the local postal system
- Charges incurred by payment providers or customs
8. Last-Mile Delivery Option
Standard international shipping includes delivery to the national postal system of the destination country (e.g., USPS in the United States), which may or may not complete direct home delivery.
Customers who wish to guarantee door-to-door delivery (last mile) may request an express courier service (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for an additional fee. This must be arranged before purchase or confirmed via email with our team.
Ecofemme is not responsible for packages not delivered to the door under standard shipping unless express service is requested and confirmed.
